THE RS 75/50 PAIRS 175MM OF “CASCADE COMPONENTS TUNED” REAR TRAVEL WITH A 180MM FORK AND IS A BOSCH EQUIPPED EBIKE SPORTING CASCADE COMPONENTS KINEMATICS

This is the debut eBike release from Crestline Bike Co. This bike will be available in two models. The RS 75/50 ships with 175mm rear travel combined with a 180mm travel fork. The snappier RS 50/75 found here ships configured with 150mm rear travel paired with a 160mm fork. These first editions of the bike will be limited to 50pcs in each configuration, adorned with Ohlins suspension front and rear, and labelled with a limited number badge from 1/50 to 50/50 in each configuration. Both models are fitted with the new BOSCH CX-R (RACE) motor and a 750wh battery along with all the newest components available from Bosch for model year 2023. *It should be noted that either bike can be configured in any of these two travel setting with a few changes. STRAIGHT 56MM HEAD TUBE

By using a straight head tube we preserve a fair bit of cockpit optionality. Setup for a ZS56-ZS56 press-in headset brings with it the ability for you to run a variety of reach adjust and angle adjust headsets. Ad +/-5mm with a single crown fork or up to +/-10mm with a DH fork.

Please check out our webshop to see if we have any custom Crestline branded Works Components head sets in stock. This will ensure the perfect fit for your frame and allow you to reap all the benefits of having a straight head tube design. You can also run anglesets to adjust HT angles since this head tube does not discriminate against the lowest and slackest setups if that is what your heart desires.

KINEMATICS

The suspension kinematics, designed by Cascades Components, are in a class of their own. Our bike offers the perfect combination of suppleness and support to ensure everyone from the most discerning rider to the weekend warrior are obtaining maximum performance out of all of the floating points in this tried and tested dual link suspension platform.Plus don’t forget to read about the flexibility to adjust your amount of rear travel. We just didnt want to force you to only ride your bike one way. What if you move to a new area with new terrain or what if you simply want to set your bike up appropriately for the kind of terrain you are riding any given sunday? We worked hard to make sure that is an option, so please use it!

REAR TRAVEL ADJUSTMENT

MESS WITH YOUR AMOUNT OF SQUISH

Crestline worked with Cascade Components on the kinematics on this bike. What has been achieved is the ability to adjust your rear travel from 150mm all the way up to 175mm (thus the model name RS 5075) The two main settings and shock information are as follows:

• 230mm x 57.5mm flip chip in ST (short travel) = 150mm travel
• 230mm x 65mm flip chip in LT (long travel) = 175mm travel

We’ll give you one more too think about but there are other many other options you can play with since a 230mm eye to eye shock is available in 57.5 / 60 / 62.5 and 65mm stroke lengths. Here’s the way one of the founders likes to run his bike:

• 230mm x 65mm flip chip in ST = 162mm rear travel

KEEP DOWNTIME TO A MINIMUM

SRAM’S UDH (UNIVERSAL DERAILEUR HANGER)

All of Crestline’s bikes use a 148 x 12 rear end and a Sram UDH. This way you can swap wheels between bikes easily and also minimize any downtime cause by those pesky things that happen when you ride these bikes the way they are designed to be ridden. Bring on the rocks strikes and wheel pingers. If you need to replace a hanger or throw on a wheel from another bike to keep rolling you’ll be back out in no time.

We made sure we had space in the frame to add water bottle mounts as well as mounts for tool storage. This way you can make sure you always have what you need with you and you’ll never be left out to dry!

SIZE & CONFIGURATION DEPENDENT REAR WHEELS AND CHAIN STAY LENGTHS

NO COMPROMISE, ONE PIECE, 27.5 AND 29 REAR TRIANGLES

Balance is everything and you deserve the correct wheel size combination for your size setup. You also deserve the right to choose what you want to run. Our bikes are spec’d as we recommend them to be ridden but we wont force you to keep them that way. After market rear triangles are available upon request. We’re just an email away! 27.5 and 29 RT’s are interchangeable and will fit any size bike. *It is however important to note that if you wish to change rear wheel size from your initial configuration, you will need to be sure to purchase the appropriate swingarm to do so.
